MANKIND

Do you find yourself wanting to control your partner? Do you feel you are more capable than her of making the best decisions in your relationship? Do you feel like everything she does is against you, not for you? Do you find her pulling away from you? If so, this program can help.

ManKind is a faith-based program committed to   helping men who have used controlling and abusive behaviors. Our program is rooted in the belief that everyone can change and grow, with the right guidance and biblically based resources needed for transformation.

We also recognize the importance of accountability. ManKind encourages men to take ownership of their past behavior, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to foster a sense of responsibility, which empowers participants to face their past behavior honestly and work towards a positive future.

Through education, self-reflection, and open discussions during the program, we guide participants on a journey of self-discovery, empowering them to break free from destructive patterns and establish healthier ways of relating to others.

Participating in the ManKind program requires a commitment to personal growth, as it involves regular attendance, engagement, assigned homework, and fees. Our weekly group sessions, spanning an hour and a half, offer a supportive and compassionate environment for men to share their experiences, learn from one another, and embark on a journey of transformation. Whether you are voluntary or required to come, we are here for you.

If you are ready to take the courageous step towards transformation, we invite you to contact us at 503-846-9284 to set up an intake appointment. Please note, our ManKind groups are currently only available in the Greater Portland, OR area.

VIRTUE

Do you find yourself reacting rather than responding to difficult situations? Have you found that you have learned to use unhealthy tools in conflict that had been previously used against you? Do you feel like you must yell to be heard?

Virtue is a transformative program dedicated to aiding women who have displayed controlling or abusive behaviors, and who may also have been victims of abuse. Our program is faith-based and rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for change and growth.

In Virtue, we provide a safe and non-judgmental space for self-reflection, education, and healing. By fostering awareness and equipping women with these essential skills, we empower them to establish and maintain healthier relationships based on respect, empathy, and mutual understanding.

Participation in Virtue’s program requires a commitment to personal growth, as it involves regular attendance, engagement, assigned homework, and fees. Our program offers a supportive community where women can find validation, encouragement, and accountability as they embark on their journey of transformation. Whether you are voluntary or required to come, we are here for you.

If you are ready to take the courageous step towards transformation, we invite you to contact us at 503-846-9284 to set up an intake appointment. Please note, our Virtue groups are currently only available in the Greater Portland, OR area.
