Perhaps you are ready to move forward or are just looking for some support from others. If any of these are a “yes”, this program is for you.

Her Journey is a transformative 15-week faith-based program that provides a safe and supportive environment for women seeking healing from current or past abusive or controlling relationships. Our faith-based class, loosely based on the profound teachings of Psalm 23, offers a comprehensive approach to healing, restoration, and spiritual growth.

We delve into various essential topics that are crucial to the healing process including but not limited to the effects of abuse, denial, boundaries, anger, depression, submission versus oppression, and finding one’s true value in Christ. . Participants are encouraged to discover what genuine love looks like and how to live victoriously, armed with a renewed sense of self-worth and God’s direction.

We believe that financial constraints should never hinder one’s access to healing. That is why our classes are offered free of charge to all attendees, made possible by generous donations.

Our program is open to women ages 14 and up, and participants can join at any time. Whether you are just beginning to heal or have been on this journey for some time, Her Journey provides a safe and nurturing space for continued growth and support.

MANKIND

ManKind is a faith-based program committed to helping men who have used controlling and abusive behaviors. Our program is rooted in the belief that everyone can change and grow with the right guidancand biblically-based resources needed for transformation.

We also recognize the importance of accountability. ManKind encourages men to take ownership of their past behavior, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to foster a sense of responsibility, which empowers participants to face their past behavior honestly and work towards a positive future.

Through education, self-reflection, and open discussions during program, we guide participants on a journey of self-discovery, empowering them to break free from destructive patterns and establish healthier ways of relating to others.

Participating in the ManKind program requires a commitment to personal growth, as it involves regular attendance, engagement, assigned homework, and fees. Our weekly group sessions, spanning an hour and a half, offer a supportive and compassionate environment for men to share their experiences, learn from one another, and embark on a journey of transformation. VIRTUE

Virtue is a transformative program dedicated to aiding women who have displayed controlling or abusive behaviors, and who may also have been victims of abuse. Our program is faith-based and rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for change and growth.

In Virtue, we provide a safe and non-judgmental space for self-reflection, education, and healing. By fostering awareness and equipping women with these essential skills, we empower them to establish and maintain healthier relationships based on respect, empathy, and mutual understanding.
