Gwendolyn Jones is an advocate, facilitator, mentor and speaker. As Founder and Executive Director of ARISE! International, Inc she has built a thriving organization and a model to be duplicated both locally and nationally in providing the needed support and recovery to those who have experienced child sexual trauma. Being victimized herself as an adolescent by her step-father; she knows firsthand the emotional pain of betrayal, abandonment, and confusion associated with this type of crime. Fortunately, she has walked the path of recovery from victim, to survivor to an overcomer/thriver and knows that healing is possible.
